OUR APPROVED COLLISION REPAIR FACILITY

Unfortunately, accidents happen. And, should your vehicle be damaged in a collision, we want to ensure that you have access to our approved collision repair facility that meets our rigid standards for workmanship, integrity, safety and fulfils your expectation of exceptional service. All of our repairs use genuine parts procured through the authorised dealer network. These are backed by the manufacturer vehicle warranty. In addition, we require that all our approved repairer staff undergo extensive training in the proper use of repair equipment and factory approved repair information, ElsaPro. These measures ensure that your vehicle will be repaired to the same stringent criteria that guided its original manufacture and returned to you in the same condition as the day it left the production line. Protect your investment and entrust your vehicle to our approved collision repair centre here at West Lynn Painters and Panelbeaters.

WHEN WILL MY CAR BE READY?

A quality repair job involves many steps. And though our estimators are among the industry’s finest, certain types of damage become apparent only after the vehicle has been dissembled. In some cases, we may need to revise your vehicle’s completion date. We know how important your vehicle is to you. We pledge to keep you informed all along the way – and we promise to return your vehicle to you as quickly as possible.
